specially developed rubber pads for electric and hybrid vehicles

The high weight of electric vehicles presents automotive workshops with new challenges every day. Since the introduction of the first EV models, we have focused on optimizing the rubber pads for scissor lifts, piston lifts, and flat-carrier wheel free lifts to perfectly meet these increased requirements. Our main goal was to master the massive stress on rubber blocks caused by very small, often flat, or pinch-weld style jacking points in combination with high vehicle weights. The solution was found in an innovative combination of rubber compound and geometry.

We extensively tested the rubber compounds of the lifting blocks for practical durability. In parallel, we adapted the geometry of the blocks to the specific requirements of electric vehicles. The result of these developments is a range of three rubber block types that currently allow all EV models to be safely lifted with any type of scissor or flat-carrier lift.
