SIRIO is an Italian brand specialising in professional lifting technology, originating in Ostellato near Ferrara. The Officine Meccaniche Sirio production facility was established in 1997 and was closely associated with Ravaglioli. Its product range included numerous automotive lifts for passenger cars, vans and commercial vehicles, including two-post lifts, inground lifts, scissor lifts and four-post lifts.
Since 2023, the former Officine Meccaniche Sirio S.r.l. has been part of today's Vehicle Service Group Italy, which also brings together Ravaglioli, SPACE and Butler. For many older SIRIO automotive lifts that are still in use, we offer suitable rubber supports, rubber pads, rubber blocks, lifting blocks and lifting supports.
Rubber Pads for SIRIO Two-Post Lifts
For SIRIO two-post lifts, the exact model designation is an important reference point when selecting the correct rubber pad or rubber support.
Classic SIRIO SR two-post lifts include the models SR05C2, SR06C2, SR06C3, SR06LC3, SR27C2, SR27C3, SR27H, SR27LH, SR29HE, SR06HE and SR06LHE. The models SR44HEK and SR44HELIK are also well known.
SIRIO two-post lifts without a floor frame include models such as SR5.337W, SR5.337LW, SR5.349WELIK, SR37, SR37L, SR43K, SR45EK, SR49EK, SR35ELLK, SR15LK, SR35EK, SR245ELIK, SR55LIKT and SR55LIKTA.
The hydraulic SRH series includes the SIRIO two-post lifts SRH370.32, SRH370.42K, SRH370.45KEX, SRH370.42LIK, SRH370.50LIK, SRH370.55LIKT and SRH370.55LIKTA.
Depending on the model, year of manufacture and version, different support plates may be installed. Therefore, in addition to the model number, the existing rubber pad and support system should also be checked.
SIRIO Inground Lifts
Well-known SIRIO two-piston inground lifts include SRI110NK, SRI110LK, SRI110LR, SRI140, SRI155K and SRI155LIKTA. Other inground models include SRI125, SRI125M and SRI131.
Depending on the support system, different rubber supports or lifting supports may be required for these automotive lifts.
Rubber Blocks for SIRIO Scissor Lifts
Universal rubber blocks or lifting blocks are often used for SIRIO scissor lifts. The most important factors are the height, length, width and size of the contact surface.
SIRIO double-scissor lifts include SRS007IF, SRS009IF, SRS008I, SRS008MI and SRS010I.
Flat scissor lifts include SRS018, SRS018T, SRS035, SRS035L and SRS040, as well as the inground models SRS018I, SRS018TI, SRS035I, SRS035LI and SRS040I.
Other scissor lifts include SRB1380, SRB1450, SRS1351, SRS1401, SRS1501 and SRS1601.
Models such as SRS1352, SRS1402, SRS1502, SRS1602, SRS1354, SRS1404, SRS1406, SRS1506, SRS1606, SRS1403, SRS1405, SRS1505 and SRS1605 were also offered for wheel alignment and test lanes.
For scissor lifts, the model number alone is usually not the deciding factor. The required height of the rubber block and the contact surface needed at the vehicle's lifting point are particularly important. A smaller contact surface may be suitable for narrow lifting points. If the lifting points are sufficiently large, a larger lifting block can also be used.
SIRIO Four-Post Lifts
Well-known SIRIO four-post lifts include SRQ350, SRQ401, SRQ405L, SRQ501L, SRQ651L, SRQ5060F and SRQ5060FLT.
Models including SRQ402, SRQ406L, SRQ502L and SRQ652L were offered for wheel alignment. Test lane models include SRQ505L and SRQ655L. Other versions with auxiliary lifts include SRQ402LT, SRQ406LLT, SRQ401LT, SRQ502LLT and SRQ405LLT.
Which Rubber Support Fits My SIRIO Automotive Lift?
The model designation of a SIRIO automotive lift is an important starting point, but it is not always sufficient for reliable identification. Depending on the year of manufacture and version, different support systems and rubber pads may have been installed.
For identification, we recommend sending us a clearly readable photo of the nameplate of your SIRIO automotive lift. The manufacturer and model or type should be clearly visible.
A photo of the existing rubber pad, rubber support or support plate with a measuring tape or folding ruler placed next to it is also helpful. This allows us to determine the diameter, dimensions and design more accurately.
For scissor lifts, we primarily need the height of the existing or required rubber block, as well as the length and width of the contact surface. With this information, the correct rubber support, rubber pad or lifting block for your SIRIO automotive lift can be identified much more reliably.
