This rubber pad was specifically developed for older ZIPPO lifts and offers a particularly robust and durable solution for professional workshop use.
High rubber content for maximum service life
The rubber pad features a large rubber volume and is made of a resistant high-performance rubber compound. This ensures the pad remains dimensionally stable and reliably operational even with intensive use.
With integrated steel plate for maximum stability
A vulcanized metal plate inside provides additional strength. Even under high loads, the rubber is not pushed to the side and maintains its shape.
Secure fit through well-thought-out fastening
On the underside, there are screw holes for additional fixation to the support plate. Additionally, the surrounding rubber lip ensures that the pad can simply be stretched over the support plate for a secure fit.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering
Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
